Your learning stays on your device

Everything you do in the app is saved locally on your device and is never uploaded to us:

• Completed lessons, quiz scores, and your daily streak
• Saved glossary terms and personal notes
• Practice-simulator sessions (all synthetic — no real money)
• Your preferences, like reminders and language

Reset it anytime from Journal → Settings, or just delete the app — and it’s gone.

When you ask the AI Coach

If you ask the coach a question, the text you type is sent securely to our AI provider so it can write you an answer — and that’s it. There’s no account to link it to, and we don’t build any profile of you.

Reminders (only if you want them)

If you turn on learning reminders, your device gives us a notification token so we can send a gentle nudge. You can switch this off anytime in your device settings.

Roughly where you are

To show the right content, our server reads your approximate country from your connection once. There’s no GPS, no precise location, and we don’t store it.

What we don’t do

• No accounts, logins, or passwords
• We never collect your name, email, or phone number
• We don’t sell, rent, or trade any data
• No ads, no ad-tracking, no third-party analytics

Children

The app is made for adults and isn’t directed at children under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children — if you think a child has, email us and we’ll take care of it.

Keeping things safe

Traffic between the app and our server is encrypted (HTTPS). Anything sensitive lives on our server, never inside the app. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect you.

If this policy changes

If we update it, we’ll change the date above, and we’ll give you a heads-up in the app for anything important.
